events_start_date:
Wednesday, April 19, 2023 - 12:00 to 13:00

Come along and find out more about how to become a speaker at this year's Mercian Collaboration Conference.

The 2023 conference will take place in early September, and an open call for speakers will be annouced shortly.

As in previous years, the conference team are keen to attract colleagues from across the region who have limited or no prior experience of speaking at events.
These interactive sessions will guide you through the process of writing and submitting a session proposal, as well as offering advice and tips on how to be a more confident first-time speaker.

During these relaxed and informative sessions, Conference Group members will unpack the event theme, suggesting ways to relate it back to your own library experiences. Attendees will also be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas or raise any concerns they might have in becoming a speaker at the Collaboration’s Conference.
