Delegate Information (2021)
This page provides information for prospective delegates at the Mercian Collaboration Conference 2021.
Booking
>Delegate bookings are now open.
As in previous years, there is no charge for eligible delegates and speakers. Unlike previous years, there are no limits on the number of delegates each member organisation can send, due to the online format of the event.
Booking confirmations will not normally be emailed, but you will receive information and joining details for the event a week ahead. If you have not received this before Tuesday 7th September, please contact mercianconference@gmail.com.
Cancellation
Please see our Cancellation Policy page for more details on how to cancel or transfer your delegate booking. In general, the Collaboration does not charge an attendance fee, but reserves the right to invoice a non-attendance fee to recover the full delegate place costs.

Delegate Eligability
Attendance at the Mercian Collaboration Conference is normally only open to attendance by library staff from Mercian member organisations, and representatives of Gold level corporate sponsors. This year, year we are inviting academic library staff from across the UK to register as speakers speak and delegates too!
Booking for staff from Collaboration members will open first, with delegates from other university libraries eligible to book a few weeks later. Gold tier Corporate Sponsors will be prebooked as delegates and will not need to register. Bookings from members of other organisations will be automatically declined, unless invited by prior request.
