Scaling Pedagogy-Led Open Educational Resources

Open access is becoming ever more critical in a time of financial constraints in HE. Crucially, scaling Open Educational Resources (OER) is about more than just cost efficiency; it drives a sustainable, equitable approach while ensuring academics select highly relevant content that aligns directly with their learning outcomes. This session will give an overview of the experience of Coventry University in scaling OER across reading lists as an alternative to traditional academic publishing. A short presentation will be followed by time for questions and discussion.

Target Audience: Collection development staff. Librarians interested in teaching and learning and reading list curation.
