The Mercian Collaboration offers an opportunity for suppliers, publishers and other organisations to support our activities and engage with our membership through sponsoring our annual conference.
The conference regularly draws delegates from all staff seniority levels and areas within our 23 member libraries, including directors and senior managers, budget holders, specialists and frontline team members. Our 2025 conference will be open to academic library staff from member organisations.
Date and Venue of the Conference
For 2025 we will be holding an in-person event at the Techno Centre, Coventry University Technology Park on Wednesday 10th September 2025, with an exhibition space for sponsors to engage and network with attendees.
Sponsorship Opportunities
This year we’re offering three levels of support, scaled decreasingly in cost from title sponsor, through attending delegate to branding representation. Broadly speaking these are as follows:
- Platinum (£1,350): Title sponsor (one only), delegate place(s), enhanced programme representation and marketing insert.
- Gold (£830): Delegate place(s), programme representation and marketing insert.
- Silver (£470): Programme representation and marketing insert.
