This event at the Clifton Campus will explore how training has been utilised to build resilience in the frontline library team, during a period of change. There will be a presentation from team leaders within the library team, an opportunity to share best practice as well as a chance to tour the library
Audience: Suitable for all library staff, especially library assistants.
