All the Same, But Different: Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton has undergone a massive amount of change including ‘consciously uncoupling’ from their IT colleagues and new partnerships with the Office of the Dean of Students, which includes Student Support and Wellbeing, Student Voice and Experience, and Careers. They've migrated to a new library system, Alma, a new library catalogue, Primo, introduced automatic renewals, RFID and updated self-service technology. Last, but not least, they have reclaimed the name Library! This event will include tours, participation in user experience exercises and an exchange of experience.

Audience: Suitable for all library staff, especially library assistants. A MSDG Event.
