Bookings Open for the Mercian Conference 2017
At last, the long awaited and eagerly anticipated Mercian Conference 2017 is open to delegates bookings. Drawing together over hundred delegates and speakers from across the Mercian region, this conference will be an opportunity for all library staff to meet, exchange experiences and catch up with colleagues from across the region.
With a keynote by Eric Stoller, and fourteen thrilling breakout sessions and workshops, the Mercian Conference 2017 is set to be the Midlands library event to attend.
If these weren’t enough of an inducement to attend, the Conference will also see the launch of the new Mercian Buddying Scheme. The Buddying Scheme aims to facilitate links and experience sharing between library staff looking for advice and guidance from fellow, more experienced staff in other institutions.
