This page provides information for prospective delegates at the Mercian Collaboration Conference 2022.

Booking

Delegate bookings are now closed.

There are no limits on the number of delegates each member organisation can send, due to the online format of the event.

Cancellations

Please see our Cancellation Policy page for more details on how to cancel or transfer your delegate booking. In general, while the Collaboration does not charge an attendance fee, it reserves the right to invoice a fee to recover the full delegate place costs caused through non-attendance.

Participation Requirements

To fully participate delegates will need internet access via a computer or device equipped with a web camera and microphone. For sessions labelled as interactive or workshops, there may be additional requirements to access webpages during the session.

Delegate Eligibility

Attendance at the Mercian Collaboration Conference is normally only open to attendance by library staff from Mercian member organisations, and representatives of Platinum or Gold level corporate sponsors. This year, year we are once again inviting academic library staff from across the UK to register as speakers speak and delegates too!

Commercial organisations wishing to attend will need to register at one of our upper sponsorship tiers.
