Managing the Imposter Within

Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - 13:00 to 16:00

The Mercian Collaboration Staff Development group is delighted to be hosting this practical online workshop delivered by experienced coach, Jo Walley.

Has the negative voice in your head ever told you you're not good enough or held you back from an opportunity?

Or perhaps sometimes you don’t speak up as you’re fearful of what people might think?

The 'Managing the Imposter Within' Masterclass is a practical online workshop which will enable you to recognise when the negative voice is controlling your decisions and behaviour and help you to make more empowering choices. It will help you recognise your potential and equip you with skills to enable you to be, do and have everything you desire. It will improve confidence, communication, and lead to better results in work and every area of life.

The Masterclass includes group discussion and personal reflection to maximise individual learning and to learn from others. As a facilitator, Jo guides and leads the session to optimise the learning experience for everyone.
