Managing challenging and unorthodox behaviour in academic environments is becoming increasingly common and a significant part university library staff's responsibilities. This event is designed to share some of the current behaviour issues academic libraries face, and a review of current approaches and practices to address these challenges.
Audience: Particular relevance for library team leaders and front-line staff, but all welcome. A MSDG Event.
