About this event
This online Mercian Staff Development Group (MSDG) event focuses on Transitional Agreements (TAs) in Higher Education Libraries, supporting authors and scholarly publishing and access to content whilst responding to the challenges and opportunities associated with the read and publish model.
Transitional Agreements (TAs), also referred to as transformative or “read and publish” agreem “read” element of the agreement) and Article Processing Charges (the “publish” element), transforming the business model underlying scholarly publishing towards a fully open access model.
