We are back once again with the first in a new series of the highly popular virtual networking participant-led discussion forums for the new academic year. As always, these sessions are designed to appeal to staff working at all levels and sections of the academic libraries, with topics for discussion largely driven by attendees' interests. The session will be loosely structured around informal discussions of interest, common concerns and shared experiences around the region, making use of the Zoom video conferencing platform to facilitate the event. An initial discussion topic (collections, access & support), based on feedback from past events, will be introduced to initiate conversations, but this by no means will remain the event's focus.

Audience: All library staff

The event will be co-hosted by Sarah Pittaway (Worcester, MSDG Chair) and Gareth J Johnson (Mercian Collaboration). To ensure everyone has the opportunity to speak, places on this event are limited. You can find advice on using and installing Zoom on the Collaboration's website.

Note: As normal, this event is limited to staff from Mercian Collaboration member organisations.

Booking details will follow soon. Or in the meantime contact the Officer for more information.
