Time to register to attend this year’s premier midland’s academic library event!

The Mercian Collaboration is delighted to announce that delegates can now register to attend the 2021 Conference. To be hosted entirely online over two half-days in early September (9th & 10th), the event will once again bring together academic library staff from across the region to share experience and insight.

Hosted online by Bishop Grosseteste University, the theme of this year’s conference is Adaptation and Growth in Times of Adversity. The Mercian Collaboration Conference 2021 (#Mercian21) will feature a keynote from Emma Cragg, alongside a host of other longer and shorter talks from a range of exciting speakers. Delegates will have the opportunity to pitch their questions to speakers, as well as engage in discussions with one another throughout the event.

Delegates can choose to attend both days, or only the day that is most relevant to them. Once again, as in previous years, there is no charge for attending. Additionally, the Collaboration’s conference is open to delegates from other UK academic library institutions for the first time too.
