Hosted on behalf of the Mercian Staff Development Group (MSDG), this online event promises to be of great interest to colleagues providing document supply and digitisation services. Staff with considerable experience of these service areas from Warwick, Nottingham and Keele will share their knowledge, experience and reflections on recent service enhancements, as well as providing a space for discussion on broader related themes, such as service integrations, accessibility and performance indicators.
