Skills Development for New Managers

This MSDG workshop aims to provide new managers a forum to discuss approaches and share knowledge amongst their peers, in a supportive environment. Delegates will be encouraged to reflect on what they have encountered in their current roles and come with questions they would like to be discussed during the workshop.
